Payment Terms
We accept payment through PayPal and Western Union only. In the case of Paypal payments, we only accept payments from those with PayPal confirmed/verified addresses to protect our customers from fraudulent purchases made on their behalf. How will my purchase with you appear on my billing statement?

Out of Stock Product
We do not accept back orders for products. If an order is accidentally placed for an out of stock product, we will contact the customer by email and give you the option of choosing a different product or a refund. We only cancel orders and provide refunds for items that are not in stock at the time of order placement.

Bulk Purchases
Customers who want to order over 1 KG's or more of our hair extensions must contact us by email to place their orders. Please contact us at sales@marrikashairextensions.com with your order request.

Wholesale Purchases
Orders above 2KG attract a generous discount. Wholesale price can be found on the Wholesale Brazilian and Malaysian page.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted through PayPal.

Natural Hair Texture
Because we sell virgin natural hair, there will be texture differences due to the organic nature of our products, which are grown naturally from donor scalps...not manufactured in a factory!

Natural Hair Colour
We only ship natural Hair colours. These colours are natural black and various shades of brown.

Failed Delivery, Incorrect Shipping Address, Refused Shipment
We only mail our products to PayPal confirmed addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, incorrect shipping address, or refused shipment the order will become the property Marrikas Hair Extensions.

Lost Shipments
All packages are insured and tracking numbers are provided from our shipping carriers. In the case of a lost shipment, a complaint will be issued to the shipping carrier employed to mail the order.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Marrikas Hair Extensions reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and prices as it sees fit without notification.  It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions before placing an order and to check for changes.
