Returns Policy

Marrikas Hair Extensions is committed to providing you with high quality 100% Natural Brazilian Hair, Malaysian Hair and Bolivian Hair extensions. Once hair is received from our suppliers, we wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and repackage the hair for you. We inspect all hair extensions and products prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is important to us.

We do not accept returns on hair extensions due to the hygienic nature of our products.

However, if you detect a problem with your order, please notify us immediately and within 48 hours upon receiving your order at info@marrikashairextensions.com. Please wait until you hear back from us before sending back any goods.  If you send back goods before we give you the go ahead, we will deny reciept and your parcel will be sent back to you.

If we made an error with your order, you will receive an exchange, if you meet our returns and exchange policy.

Returned products must be received in brand new /unused condition with all labels/tags intact.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange, if products are not received in brand new condition including all labels intact or if we determine that the reason for exchange is not  valid. All unauthorised exchanges will become the property of the company.

Requests for exchanges cannot be honoured after 2 days of delivery. We will exchange the product for the same product or a different product or equal or greater value.

We do not provide monetary refunds.

Customers will cover the cost of returning ordered products and re-shipping exchanged products.

ALL returned goods must be sent back using a Registered/Recorded/Signed For service.

Customers will be responsible for goods sent by to us should they get lost or damaged in transit.

 All Sales are Final.
